This is the premise of movement coaching.

It may involve just giving you some concentrated time to explore your thoughts and feelings in order to make sense of them and what’s happening with you.

It may be about helping you shift your mindset slightly in order to take a different perspective and see the possibilities.

It could mean physically moving – using one of our many movement techniques to help you navigate your way through.

Sometimes just knowing what the next step is and how to make it happen can be enough to help you begin.

What we offer:

Coaching sessions – for Individuals

Initial Consultation – this is a free, 30 minute session. Find out more about the coaching process, about working with us and how we can help.
Movement Coaching – 6 sessions, each lasting 1 hour. Total cost = £280
Movement Add-on – 3 additional sessions, each lasting 1 hour. Total cost = £125
Momentum Sessions – follow up every 3 or 6 months to keep that movement flowing. These sessions last for up to 90 minutes. Cost = £45 each.

Coaching sessions – for Organisations 

Mental Well-being Coaching for your team – £70 per session. Specifically designed for anyone in your workplace who needs additional support relating to their role.

We recommend a minimum of 6 sessions, each lasting up to an hour and a half. Contact us to discuss your needs. 


Well-being Coaching course

Develop your team’s coaching skills with our Movement to Well-being Coaching Programme and the option to complete a recognised coaching qualification*. Cost for up to 12 participants = £2250 (*additional fees apply for the qualification) Contact us for details of our next course.
