Well-being Coaching

“Coaching is a way of ‘being’ with someone in a more focused and meaningful way. It is a way of encouraging and supporting someone to achieve a goal, change a behaviour, develop or build on existing skills.” (Jackie Arnold).

We both started out as coaches, delivering 1-1 sessions for individuals and up to executive level within businesses, supporting people to move forward and take responsibility for their own decisions and actions. Through this work we recognised that most challenges experienced by our clients could actually be overcome by addressing their mental well-being. So we found ourselves building healthier mindsets with our coachees, resulting in positive shifts across all aspects of their lives and a more meaningful impact overall.

Our research into neuroscience enabled us to add to our coaching toolbox and led us to develop the well-being coaching we provide today. This is underpinned by the principle that an individual with good mental well-being is able to;

  • feel relatively confident in yourself and have positive self-esteem
  • feel and express a range of emotions
  • build and maintain good relationships with others
  • feel engaged with the world in general 
  • live and work productively
  • cope with the stresses of daily life, including work-related stress 
  • adapt and manage in times of change and uncertainty.

Coaching is a powerful tool that enables us to meet the person wherever they are, hold that space, listen without judgement and allow them to identify their own solutions. 

 

What we offer:

Coaching sessions – for Businesses 

1-1 Mental Well-being Coaching for individual team leaders and team members.

Providing space to explore challenges, build confidence and develop strategies for individual workplace well-being. Delivered in person, via video conference or telephone.

Fees: £70 per 1 hour session or £390 for a block of 6 sessions

Group Well-being Coaching sessions for your teams.

Designed to provide space for team members to share experiences and well-being tools to build resilience and support them in their role. (Maximum of 8 participants). Delivered in person or via video conference to suit your needs.

Fees: 4 session package £420, 6 session package £630. (Sessions are up to 1.5 hours)

Coaching sessions – for Individuals

1-1 sessions to help you discover that healthier mindset approach and maintain a sense of well-being across all aspects of your life.

Sessions can be in person, via video conference or telephone – whatever works best for you.

Fees: £50 per 1 hour session or £250 for a block of 6 sessions
